  1. idk

  2. Well you probably weren't getting your period when you were supposed to right?  I am also taking metformin- it took me a few weeks to get used to it, so if you're feeling pukey or whatever, thats normal.  You'll get used to it.  Its made me feel much better, helped my period be regulated again, and actually I've lost a lot of weight.  For me its that she thinks I have polycystic ovarian disease, which is easily treatable with metformin.  I have read lots of places that if you do get pregnant, make sure to keep taking the metformin- some people have has miscarriages when they stopped taking it during their pregnancy.  Hope this helps!

  3. iwas on it and didnt work for me goodluck

  4. I took metformin for insulin resistance--it's a glucose issue. I also had irregular periods.  Two months after starting the metformin, I was pregnant.  However, I also had a procedure where they push dye through your fallopian tubes to make sure that they are clear--mine were; however, this procedure can also push fluids out of the way that are hindering pregnancy.  I don't know if it was the metformin or the procedure that helped me get pregnant (we'd been trying for a year and a half).  However, I know that I felt better on the Metformin than I had in years--more energy, less craving for sweets, experienced weight loss.  It can't hurt to try it.  Good luck--I hope you see two lines soon!!!
