My doctor stoped seeing me,,??????????

i been going to the same doc, for 19 years,, today i call in my meds for refills,, and they told me that when they call my doctors office,, he told them .. im not her doctor,, i never changed doctors and as far as i knew he was still my doc,,, never signed any release forms!!! nothing,, when i had asked who i was talking with { a new secrtary } she told me to stop yelling at her,, i then told her im not yelling ,, that it was the cell i was on,, she hung up on me,, i then called back and she told me to lisen to this ,, and hung up again,,,,i called the health dep,, and placed a conplaint,, what the h**l is going on in this crazy world we live in????? if you cant go to your doctors and have faith in hin or her ,, who can you go to,, please if anyone can help,, with any advice,, it will be very well used,, thank you,, so kindly,,DONA,, RHODE ISLAND

Your doctor probably got sick of you coming in all the time for visits over stupid things. That's what happened to my neighbor in RI

Your health is a very important thing.

If your doctors office is behaving in such a matter, then you should consider their actions. Because they may be careless with your health as-well.

Sorry you had to go through that, it seems like Customer Service has diminished in today's world.

If it were me, I'd go to the office in person. If the secretary is the problem then the situation can be handled better face to face.No business wants bad customer service seen by other clients. It sounds like there may have been a misunderstanding that would be better resolved in person.
