because my blood test show high enzymes should I be worry.

ALT is a blood test that screens for liver damage by measuring the amount of enzyme found mostly in the liver.  It sounds like you are suffering from chronic Hepatitis C or some other liver disease.  It seems, at least to me, that you would want to take the test to determine what's wrong with your liver and get treatment to correct this problem before something worse happens.  In the end, all medical decisions must be made by you.
