My doctor touched and made a pass at me!!!!?

i made a police report and the state attorney took over my case since they didn't arrest him they told me it's going to take 6 weeks for them to contact me.I've called the news and the local news paper just to let people know what he did there's a lot to this story all i want to know is will this go any farther cuz i've called the sheriff's department and he said that since there was no witness that is his word against mine what should i do?i feel raped and i'm so pissed off that this dr.is still working i want the world to know what he did to me what else can i do?

You definitely have a problem with, the he said ..she said thing .   I hope things work out quickly for you ... but remember , If he did it to you he'll probably do it again... then hopefully .. he will be reported again ... and people will start to take notice.

you will find that doctor's in our society are above the laws that the common people have to obey. even when there mistakes result in someones death, the doctor still has a license to practice medicine. for some reason we put them on a pedestal and worship them.

Contact the Medical Association.

My Dr. won't do an examination without the nurse in the room and I actually prefer it that way.
