My doctor want's me on ?

Question

I am having trouble breathing even with an inhaler so they want to put my on steriods. My problem is my blood sugars are crazy already.

What should I do

Try quitting all dairy products, installing an electrostatic air filter in your central heating/air (or buying a HEPA filter if you don't have central), using a vacuum with extra fine filtration, and sticking to a healthy, raw natural foods based diet with lots of nutritious fruits and vegetables. Both of my sons had asthma when they were young and this routine got them squared away in a few weeks.
