Question:

My doctor wants me to loose a good 60 pounds and quickly!

I feel like I am left out because I am fatter than everyone else. What are good excesize plans and ideas of diets for me. I am going on 14 soon. She says I am at an unhealthy weight right now... so help me! please!

    or sparkteens.com i dont know the cut off for the teen on though

    i think its 15 but not sure

    and dont try to loose it "quickly" because 60 pounds is alot. take your time and trust me it will happen


  2. Exercise! I find cardiovascular activities are the best for weight loss, and they make you feel the best. Running and jump roping are some examples of cardiovascular exercises. Anything that makes your heart rate go up!

    Also eat healthy. By eating healthy I don't mean going anorexic or just eating a celery stick a day. I mean eating well balanced meals that aren't too fatty or sugary. For snacking, you could try natural fruit leather instead of fruit rollups, for example, along with other substitutions.

    Good luck on losing weight, if you do you'll feel much better!

  3. dont eat cars or sugar,, no noodles, pizza, cereal, candy, ice cream. potatoes, any of that,

    vegetarians arerealy snikky too,

    you have to liek have strict meals,

    eat like a banana for beakfast

    then st lunch have a fruit, vegatable, and protein

    then at dinnerthe same

    you should watch fitTV and like do a show every mornng,

    you should do like 50 sit ups evry day for a week, then inrease it by 20 sit ups a day every week

    and like if you have a tramoline jump on it or do a jump rope or jump on a bed like eery day for 30 minutes to burn calories,

    make sure that you only eat when your hungry, not just when you want to, jog aound the neighborhood, or rideyour bike, or something

    and just ecsercise

  4. do you have dog? if you do, take it for a nice long walk everyday. and try doing crunches. they'll help flatten out your stomach. and eat healthier foods. and if you watch tv, get up and move during commercials. and trust me you're not fatter than everyone else. they're are a lot of people a few hundred pounds over weight. i wouldn't even call you fat. just a little overweight. but if you exercise and eat right, you'll lose it.   :)

Hi there,  I have had weight issues too, all my life.  One of the very most important things is to figure out why you are eating what and the way you do.  There is obviously a payoff and you need to know what that is, and then look at another way to get it. If you have had a hard time and are eating to numb out, you need to find someone you can start talking to and trust.
