My doctors will not send a afax to the jury duty office ,so i an get out of jury duty?

im on prozac ,high cholesterol meds ,diabetic meds,im on lupus medss and fibromyalgia meds and i can hardly get around ,plus im seeing a councelor for my depression , and my mom is dieing,i cant remember this half the time and i fall asleep at drop of a hat,tell me when i show up for this to be chosen or not.how do i convince them i can't do this

If you don't think you can do your civic duty, explain it to the court.  Don't use your doctor to weasel out of it.

If your doctor isn't willing to send a note to the jury office on your behalf, chances are he or she believes you are physically and mentally able to attend jury duty.  Minus the note,  you'll probably have a hard time convincing the court that you can't perform your civic duty.  Have fun with that.
