  1. we are all depressed  and stressed.  WHY!!!!!! would this make any difference in you receiving a handout or not?????????

  2. it could give you more points or make you higher priority yes.

Easiest way is to go to the council and apply as homeless.. IE your parents dont want you there anymore. Depends how old you are. If you dont have kids its not going to be so easy. And if you have parents and its safe at home theres no reason why you cant stay there. If home life isnt safe, the council will put you in a hostel if youre over 16 and withina year if your situation doesnt change thentheyll probably give you a place. But why dont you want to rent and work to pay for your own place?  Its more credible.

  3. If the letter suggests that you are under stress because of where you are housed at present, then yeah. But if it is nothing to do with your living conditions or stress from living there then possibly not.

  4. depeding on what the letter say and which council you are with, it could move you up the list,or place you in a higher priority band/group

  5. It will help but there's still no certainty that it will be effective, many people have be reduced to depression and doctor are seeing an increase in people asking for help. The council will see as priority on a medical basis but there are still other people who will take priority.
