  1. Boneless chicken? That's fine, I give my dogs boneless chicken as a speacil treat all the time!

  2. ~ the chicken was just rich for his tummy. He will be fine. give him plenty of fresh water. He might have diarrhea for a day or so but he'll be time. Chicken is ok for dogs but in very small amounts if he is not use to it. My dogs get boiled chicken, rice and veggies every sunday night for dinner as their treat. Give him a spoon or 2 of canned pumpkin (not the pumpkin pie mix), it will help calm his tummy down.

  3. yeah he'll be fine. Im surprised hes acting so violently to the chicken. Anyway, my dog eats its own vomit all the time and she's fine. As for the diarrhia, try giving your dog some cottage cheese. It helps their tummies.

  4. Boneless chicken will not harm your dog unless it was raw and left out in the sun!  Dogs can digest stuff that humans can't!  The only thing that could be a problem is chicken bones, but you said boneless so that is not an issue.  He may have other issues though, if he continues to vomit and have diarrhea get him to the vet.  Your Dad is not to blame though.

  5. Unless he ate a very large amount of chicken I would be surprised it its what made him sick.  You didn't mention how big a dog it is so I can't estimate how much would be a very large amount.  If it's a big dog he might have eaten the chicken without chewing it up.  Large dogs have a tendancy to gulp food in large pieces.  That could also make the dog throw up.

Chicken is very easy to digest.  One time when my dog was sick I asked the vet what I should feed him that he might be able to keep down and the vet said chicken and soft boiled eggs are good to give a dog with an upset stomach.

I'm not saying dogs should eat people food all the time but a little now and then won't hurt them.

  6. Chicken is fine for dogs to eat as long as they do not eat any bones. Normally it doesn't give dogs diarrhea though. If he still has diarrhea tomorrow try giving him some pumpkin, it will help to stiffen up his stool because of the fiber in it and it shouldn't be hard on his stomach either.

  7. I gave my dog chicken bone and she was fine which I don't anymore because of how soft the bones are they can cut her/him up on the inside and worst they can choke on then and be cut

  8. i had to fed my dog that for a week because she was sick so thats what the vet recomend for her

  9. Your dog will be fine.

  10. He's gonna be fine, as long as the chicken wasnt heavily seasoned.

  11. I'm sure you're dog should be fine- chicken, unless raw, can actually be very good for them, However, he might be sick for some other reason, and you might want to consult your vet if he continues to act that way.
