  1. THEN SAY YES BITE ME-OPPISOTE!

  2. IS she a puppy? If it starts biting, grab the two canines and gently squeeze inward. Its alright, this doesn't hurt one bit. It would be smart to go on to Google and research those things or go see a vet.

  3. I have the same problem, i have no idea :(

  4. She does not respect you yet. Make playing with her a reward after she does some 'work' for you. You start by teaching her sit.  Once she does this reliably, you can then tell her sit before playing with her.  This becomes her way of asking 'please play with me'.   You can then go on to other commands like stay, down, etc.  Don't listen to people that say you should hit a dog.  Hitting a dog in response to a bite (or anything) only teaches that aggression is acceptable. It isn't. Stick to positive praise when she does good.

When my doggie used to play too rough, I would let out a loud short scream (to let him know it hurt and he should stop), turned my back to him. If he wouldn't let up, I would leave the room, closing the door.  This is the worst consequence a dog can face, like being left out of the pack.  After a while, he realized if he wanted to be with me, he needed to play nice.  Best of luck to you and your doggie friend!

  5. Whack her!

  6. Turn your back to her and ignore her. Say nothing and make no movements until she stops.

Also, don't say anything or get her excited when your going to sit down. simply turn your back to her, and slowly back up and sit.

She's trying to bully you into playing with her. If you ignore her, then she'll give up and leave you alone.

  7. I agree with Dee Dee, I am having a bit of the same problem with my dog. When you sit down with your dog she thinks it puts you on the same level as her, like equals. So removing yourself from the situation is the best solution this way she learns that she does not get ANY attention for that kind of behavior. In my research with my dog I found out it can take up to 4 days before they learn that YOU are the boss. Here is a really good site I found on how dogs think http://www.homevet.com/petcare/dogthink.... Good luck!

  8. If she bites get up and leave the room, she will then see that you dont give her attention when she bites. Then try again and if she bites get up and leave the room. It may take ALOT of tries but she should learn. Also give her a treat and praise when she is not biting.

  9. put her on the floor and ignore her. If she bothers you with whining or pawing at your leg then get up and leave the room.

  10. I have dog's myself!!!! If your dog bites you every time you sit down you need to not be afraid when you say No!!!!! Say it in a pissed off voice and let her know that it hurt! Trust me it might sound crazy but the dog understands and knows what she did!
