My dog choked on a hanger!!!?

my dog was choking on a hang but my sister got it out of his mouth

but the problem is at every time we touch his head he squeals

Yes, he is probably just scared thinking that your sister is the hanger just leave him for a while and then check again

I'm sure he scared the bejesus out of himself! I agree with the others, take him to the vet to make sure there are no further issues.  He could have cut himself in an area that you can't see and you touching his head is painful.  Take him to the VET!!!!
