My dog eat a garden slug can it kill her ? ?

No, but what nobody on here has mentioned is that the slime from the slug has a numbing effect like Lidocaine. You may notice a dog l**k excessively, paw at mouth or just want to hide their face. Dogs don't now what having a numb mouth feels like so it's very strange to them. It will wear off in a few hours. No worries.
