My dog gave birth 1 1/2 weeks early...?

3 of the five that she has had are still alive we are expecting a few more. I need some tips on what to do to make their chances of living higher.

call your vet and mentor.. they will be able to better advise you.

you may be off on your calculations at 1 1/2 wks early they won't even have fur and in which case they would not survive not even a few hours.if you are right on the calculations I am sorry to say that they will all die,unless you can get an incubator but even then the odds are very grim.

You should have already discussed the care of "new" puppies with your vet.

You need to go to the vet.They would know how to help the other puppies survive,and you can make an appointment to have the mom spayed while you are there!!
