She vomited and now she is crying like she is in pain? You need to take her to the vet ASAP. She could have an obstruction which will be fatal if left untreated.

Note: I am not saying that she definitely has an obstruction, just that these symptoms match that diagnosis.

Bottom line: vomiting and crying is a sign of a serious problem for your dog that requires medical attention. Do not delay.

Take her to the vet NOW !!! Maybe her stomach flipped over....that happened to my Boxer.

You can give her a ride to the vets office and find out what is wrong with her. If she's crying, she's clearly in distress.

You need to take her to the vet before you give her anything. Without knowing for sure what is wrong with her, you can't properly medicate her.

When dogs are crying and they aren't themselves the best thing to do is go to the VET...there could be something really wrong with her.
