we paid the vet a visit yesterday & got her on antibiotics but I didn't think to ask him this question.

What can I do to provide my puppy with relief from the discomfort she is experiencing until the antibiotics have fully cured her infection?

  1. Not much.  Just take her out to potty often and keep her on the antibiotics.  You could do fun things like fill her kong with peanut butter or bake her special biscuits or buy a new toy to keep her mind at ease.

  2. I don't think there is really anything you can do, just make sure you give the full course of antibiotics, they shouldn't take long ease the symptoms.

You could ring the vet and ask for his advise, he may be able to help.

  3. I don't think there is any thing you can do for her.  The meds should start helping in a couple of days though.

  4. Apple Cider Vinegar helps to calm the bladder. Add a bit to her drinking water. Also, if she is prone to bladder infections, keep adding it for the rest of her life. It really helps a lot. I promise.

  5. Ive heard their is other medication for long term relief
