I'm freaking out--he has a discharge off his p***s. Could somebody tell me if there's anything wrong or I should worry about?

  1. Maybe he shouldn't have had s*x with that prostitute last night.

  2. go to the vet and ask for chlorahexaderm. Its a germicidal soloition and they vet should give you maube 1 or 2 oz of it and take a cottonball and moistin it and the vet will probably tell you to dab the moisten cottonballl on the p***s opening twice daily and it should go away. It is most common in puppies because they roll around in the dirt and the bacteria can get in there. Its very common and also it can be cured by getting your dog fixed.

    Hope this helps.

  3. dogs get that discharge especially if not fixed sometimes vets will treat with antibiotic other times they have you flush his p***s with a topical antibiotic it all depends on the discharge. Some vets don't treat at all.

  4. most of the time that is very norman as male dogs tend to l**k them-self and this will occur..Now if you notice blood mixed in with the milky stuff then i would recommend you to take him to the vet..But yes it is very normal for a male to leak out sometimes...

  5. I think he's 'blown his bolt'...see your vet if you're really concerned.

  6. What your seeing is not s***n at all.

It is just the lubricant that all male dogs produce to allow their p***s to be slid in and out of the sheath.  It is a lite milky to lite yellow in color.

The only time to worry is if it turns greenish or if there is any blood present.  That means infection.

ADD:  All male dogs produce this lubricant neutered or not!

  7. This could very well be s***n...from his p***s which would appear as a milky discharge. More than likely, that's what it is and it's normal. It could also be some sort of infection if the dog licks that area alot.

Off topic, but is that a dog in your avatar?

    -haha i thought so
