My dog has been puking up yellow bile for about 4 days.?

She has not been eating her dog food and has been drinking lots of water. i am taking her to the vet tomorrow but i am terrified something is going to happen is there anything i can do? Is there anyone whose dog has gone through this? Please help

Your dog's vomitting can be many different reasons, from blockage of his intestines, parvo virus, eating something bad, to a severe infection or other disease.

it is very hard to say what it is or what it is not.

just make sure he keeps drinking water, and make sure to make that appointment tomorrow.

your vet is the best person to make any diagnosis, and will be the best one to help you through this.

my dog threw up a lot when she had parvo, however she did not drink any water, so i dont know if thats the case with your dog. take it to the vet, they will be the best to tell you whats wrong with her. but for now i would keep her company, because she is probably scared and not feeling to well, obviously, and would love some attention, i know i do when im sick!!!

It sounds like the stomach flu! Vomiting, drinking lots of water to replace the lost fluids, and not eating because of a sensitive stomach. To tell you the truth, I'm not sure if dogs can catch the flu, so it might be something that she ate. Has she been around any plants or areas of the yard/house that have been treated with pesticides or pest poison/killers? If yes, be sure to tell the vet.

I've never heard of a dog puking up stuff for 4 days but anything can happen... feed her I/D (intestinal diet) food, it's a bland food it comes in canned (the best!) or dry food. It's good for the intestines and it will also make sure that your dog is good on the other end.
