whether it's an allergy or a burr, get Poochy to the vet. But also be aware of this: letting your dog ( = any dog) stick his nose into the wind out a car window can cause and/or make worse his sinuses/naval cavity, as well as expose his nose and eyes to debris like little rocks, dust, etc., thrown off by other cars or trucks or wind-borne..

take it to the vet. My dog was doing the same thing and it turned out that it had a fox tail stuck in its nose and was digging farther in.

yeah my dog had a blade of grass stuck in his nose and same thing sneezed and sneezed

Hi there, He may have allergies, or a cold. I would suggest at trip to your local Vet.
