my dog has red spots all over with yellow head very much like a zit a human would yet or ckn pox. can anyone help

  3. Is this dog old?? I know my one dog is pretty old and she has a few bumps on her skin. They could just possibly be zits.  You could try putting some antibiotic cream on them or make an apt. with your vet just to be sure what you are dealing with.

  4. Dogs can get Impetigo too. Check with vet for something to put on him.
