ok.we got it from some one,who had 4 dogs,who barked a lot.it also doesnt want to eat that much,but it is happy when i take her outside.some times she eats.also the dog they gave us,they got it from the street,and they also taught they hit her.because when i pick her up,she just stays right there with her head down

please take her in and take care of her. She will be fine once you treat her correctly. Love her. Care for her. Dogs need love. Give her a treat a day. Play with her with her toys and take her outside often for some fresh air. She will be fine after she gets used to the great care you will give her. If a day has ever been abused, they need proper care and in a few weeks she will grow to understand that you are good people and that you wil not do her any harm. Please take care of your dog because she obviously needs some TLC

She is scared from the hitting. Try to show her alot more love. When she realizes that you are not going hurt her she"ll come  around.

I don't understand exactly what your question is, but I will give you my opinion.

If the family you got her from got her from the street then she should be taken to a vet as soon as you can get her there. They will give her a complete check up and vaccinate her. It sounds like your dog has some social issues. It will take lots of time, patience, and love before she trusts you and your family. You have to show her that you are good people and will take good care of her and not hit her. It is possible that she misses the other 3 dogs she was with, so maybe (after she is vaccinated) you could find a dog park to bring her to socialize with other dogs.
