You haven't given any specific details but NO it isn't normal. Take a towel and apply pressure until it stops. If it's heavy bleeding get to a vet immediately.

In either case, call the vet.

well, if it's a female and she's in heat then I'd say yea it's totally normal. I hope you knew that. Anywhere else though, then it's time for a vet visit.

If she is not a female on heat, its not normal. I would take it to a vet. If it is a female on heat thats fine (her v***a will appear swollen) i would strongly reccomend speying her. Talk to your vet for more info. Hope all is well :)

if shes on her period (if shes not spayed) then its ok....if the blood is from anywhere else then no u should take her to a vet

where is she bleeding from, if its a female she might be on heat (just like having a period), if this is the case its completely normal.
