My dog is very sick, does anyone know what i should do???

My dog is breathing with much difficulty- wheezing, rapid panting, coughing with phlem shooting out. He is shaking all over and is having a hard time getting up and moving the slightest bit. He is a large mixed breed, six and a half years old. He was at the vets last week because he had an alergic reaction and his face was all swollen and he had hives all over his body. The vet gave him cortison and anithistamines which helped. What should i do? My vet is unavialable until tomorrow. Can he wait or should I go to an emergency place now ?

What the h**l are you waiting for, call the emergency vet IMMEDIATELY, your dog could die, it doesn't matter about the breed, if you don't get him in soon he could die, I am not kidding.  Get him in NOW!!!!

i would take your dog to the emergency vet hospital i have a maltise and he threw up all over the place so i took him to the emergency

I would go to the E-Vet now! The dog may have pneumonia or it may be having a more serious allergic reaction to something! Hurry and go!

Take your dog to the Emergency room NOW.  See what they can do until you can go to your regular vet in the morning!  

Let them do the least (since it's expensive) they can do to help with his immediate symptoms and take him in the morning to your regular vet.

Emergency vet!  Breathing problems are urgent!  He will die or at least get brain damage if his brain isn't getting enough oxygen!

He might also have heartworms. That happened to my dog not long before she died.
