  1. There are a number of reasons why this may happen, and this does not mean you are at all a bad breeder, it happens a lot.

Some dogs die actually in the womb and do not make it to birth which is increasingly common. Some die of infections, after birth, this is also usually unpreventable.

Also if puppies have not had there "colostrum" or first drink of milk before 12 hours of being born they die. This is a special milk the mother has at this point after the pregnancy.

Unfortunately there usually isn't much you can do to prevent this in many occasions and is simply a fact of life. Its very sad when it does happen but you have to carry on and make sure the remaining puppies are in full health.

You seem to be a great breeder andI am sure you are doing great! So good luck with everything especially having those little rascals running around your house!

    Hope this helped x

  2. take it to the vets just incase cos pups can gt diseases that can kill them all so best to be safe just incase its parvo or anything like that.

  3. Could be many things. It was to weak, runt of the litter, malnutrition, genetic disorder, many possibilities.

  4. It could have been a genetic or other health problem.. liver shunt, heart problem, hypoglycemia, etc.

The mother could have killed it.. either on purpose or by accident.  It happens because the mom knows something is wrong, or she may be inexperienced, have poor maternal instincts, stressed..

Sometimes puppies just fade for unknown reasons.

  5. Thats nature telling you that your dog wasn't suited for breeding, nor are you suited or trained enough to be a breeder.

  6. you should take them all to the vet to be checked up.  it could be the mom's milk, the puppy just wasnt meant to make it, etc...  it doesnt always mean that it is the breeder's fault.  shame on them saying that u arent a responsible breeder.  it may have had nothing to do with u.  but please take them all to the vet and have them checked up.  it isnt all that uncommon for one or more of the puppies to pass away.  if u take them in it may prevent any other deaths that may easily be prevented.

  7. sometimes they just aren't strong enough to survive..
