My dog keeps attacking other dogs?

my dog keeps attacking dogs the only dog he won't attack is my cousins dog and it's little. But he always attacks big dogs. Pleas tell me how to teach him to stop attacking dogs

im afraid that if your dog is reppeatedly attacking other dogs that it will have to be put to sleep
