My dog keeps humping my cats head?

Question

my cat gets upset and tries to get away but then my dog gets quite nasty and bites the cat on the neck and holds him there until he gets his jollies. Does he have a mental problem ?

lol my old dog used to hump my cats too. We had several cats and no other dogs, so maybe that was better than nothing.. Oh and actually it was a girl dog too....so my dog may have been even more messed up in the head :)

Has your dog been neutered?. Dogs use simulated s*x to assume the more dominate position in the "pack", sometimes having him neutered will get things right.

I guess instead of wanting a little tail, he wanted some head.  Sounds normal to me.
