My dog was in heat &bled all over my comforter I washed &dried.Anything else I can do for it?

Get your dog fixed so that doesn't happen again.  Be a responsible pet owner.

Hydrogen peroxide takes blood out of washable fabrics.  It might not do an absolutely perfect job because your comforter has been washed & dried, but it'll take some of it out.  Soak it for a while, then rinse with cold water, see how much of the blood has come out.  You may have to soak it a couple of times, but hydrogen peroxide is cheaper than a new comforter.    Then get your dog spayed.

I argee - unwanted puppies and tempermental problems are much more drastic then a ruined comforter.

You might have to take it to the dry cleaners. Since you washed and dried it it's going to be pretty hard to get out.
