My dog wont eat dog food?

I have a cat and dog and my dog refuses to eat his own food and he always eats my cats food, and my sisters dolls what can i do to make him eat his own food please help i am worried he will get sick

dont worry ive had dogs do this to first u should put the cat food some were so the dog cant reach it...it could be ur dog dosnt like the brand of food so trying diff kinds mite help(most pet shops sell smaller bags so u can try diff types) if uve tried a few and ur dog still isnt eating sit on the floor with ur dog and take a little food in ur hand and pretend to eat it then put it(the food that still in ur hand) to the dog and becuz they think u ate it they think it probly tastes good(ur dog probly saw ur cat eat and monkey see monkey do) if that still dosnt help some times u can put somthin(i think i saw them use a little crushed garlic or somthin that smells strong) into the food whitch mite also help

put the cat food (and the dolls!) somewhere else out of reach. Then try and find different dog food, until you find one he likes and will eat.

feed your animals separately! don't just leave the cat food and the dog food down. feed your cat, not allowing your dog to eat his food, then feed your dog. he may not eat it, but he will get hungry enough. if he continues not to eat it, consider a different brand of food (he may just not like it) and if this still persists, take him to the vet.

You need to put the cat's food up somewhere only the cat can get to it. My mom keeps her cat's food on a table in the basement so the dogs can't get to it. Your dog won't starve itself so it will eventually eat the dog food. Also, if your dog eats cat food and then goes to the vet for any tests, it's enzymes will be out of whack because of the stuff that's in cat food so they won't be right. You'll have to pay for double the tests. Just keep the cat food away.
