My dogs breathing is very heavy and fast.?

My dog loves to play fetch with frisbees and she will do it all day if you let her but wether she does it for 2 min. or 20 min. she breathes very heavily and fast which i know is normal when they are playing but she breathes like that for up to 20 min after retiring from play is this normal?

it depends on the type of dog if it is a small dog then it's normal if its a bigger dog then you should take him to the vet.

It depends on how hot it is outside and whether she's in good shape or not.

We have 3 dogs which are black, and they get very hot when we take them for walks. Sometimes they worry me because they keep panting and dripping saliva for such a long time. Sometimes on a hot day, we'll hose them off outside just to help them cool down.

Most likely your dog is fine. It doesn't sound like anything abnormal.

Has she been tested for heartworms?  If not, get her checked ASAP

She may be having upper respiritory problems. She may be tired, she may just be plain hot. Take her to the vet to have them check her out and make sure she is alright.
