My dogs eye is blue(ish) is he blind?

Question

I have 2 dogs, a chihuahua (male), and a bull terrier(female). The chihuahua is about 2 years old, and the bull terrier is about 5 months old. The chihuahua is really grumpy and trys to start alot of fights, and yesterday i noticed that the bullterrier had like mucus all around her left eye, so i cleaned it up and put on some medicine. Today that i went out side to go check on her, her is eye is kind of blue/grayish. And i opened it and i think the chihuahua bit the other dog because she has like a little hole. My question to you guys is is she blind? Or have any of you guys experienced something like this with your dogs, and can you fix (cure) it??

most likely not dogs can have blue eyes but i would definately check it out at the vet the earlier you go in the better because if there is a hole it could get infected

Never USE EYECREAM ment for HUMANS on DOG'S, It can LEAD to blindless. Always ask a vet before given the animal any treatment. You need to take the dog's to the vet to get it properly fix!

I have no clue. I'm not a vet, nor am I (or anyone else here) there to examine your dogs.

When my daughter was small she hit our dog then with a wooden block in the eye and it got mat in it and I took her to the vet and he gave me some meds to put in her eye. Her corina was scratched but she healed up great and was one of out best dogs we have ever had. If a dog is blind there is no cure.  I think I would take the dogs to the vet as soon as you can.

hmmm... it sounds like she might be becoming blind . I would take a visit to the vet. Thats better than askiing online.

The Vet is your best answer at this time. It sounds like an infection and should not be treated as anything but. Let the Vet decide. Don't wait!
