  1. Your dog might have allergies. My dog, about 3 years ago, started getting red bumps all over her...some looked really nasty. As it turns out, she has allergies and this is how they present themselves. Anytime she gets bumps the vet puts her on antibiotics and some pink pills; her spots clear up in no time.

I suggest you take your dog to the vet to be sure, however.

  2. Don't know, can't see it.  Take him to the Vet if you are worried.  It will cost you about $80 to $150 to find out.  If it is not life threatening I wouldn't worry about it.  It could be the beginning of a hot spot, it could be a lot of things but you won't know until he is looked at by a Vet.

  3. Is it little red bumps on his hind legs?  If so it could just be flea bites.

If you are not sure take the dog to the vet!!

  4. try to mix dry and wet food and manage the times you feed your dog per day. table food shouldn't be fed to the dog due to higher risks of gallstones and such. as far as the bumps, examine them and make sure they're not from insects, other than that bathe him every week or every other week. you should also get an opinion from a vet. try going with spca cause they have payment plans and can work with you on getting your dog better. trust me it's worth it. make sure your dog doesn't l**k, bite or itch in anyway until you get a more professional opinion about your dogs red bumps.

  5. Hi! :)

It is best to take your dog to the vets to make sure.  Also feed a high quality dog food like Merrick, Wellness, Evo, etc, (food without tons of fillers like corn and wheat).  You can also feed a little canned food by the same companies.  It could be allergies which the vet can test for allergies, and give your dog Benedryl, steroids, or allergy shots.  A change in diet may be all he needs.  It could also be hot spots, flea bites, mites, and so on.....
