     No, your dog barks ALL THE TIME. The only difference is that now your playing a game and you tried to associate one with the other.

No it doesnt mean anything other then your dog could have heard something outside, as in another dog barking. They can hear things, beyond what a human can hear.

It doesnt mean anything, the dog could have been barking at anything, and insect, a passer by on the road or it could have heard something. As far as the Ouija board is concerned, you can't summon the afterlife with a piece of cardboard and a piece of plastic made by Parker Brothers.

Have people try using the Ouija board blindfolded. The "ghost" will suddenly lose all ability to spell. This works every time.

It doesn't mean anything other than that your dog was trying to get your attention because he wanted to play or needed to go out.  The ouija board is just a game, with no supernatural powers. I have played it in the past, a long time ago, and nothing happened. It plays on your susceptibilities and beliefs and fears. The people using it make it work. The mind is a powerful thing, so your mind and imagination can make you believe all kinds of things, so from that perspective it can be scary if you are affected by those kinds of things. Do a search for "how to make a ouija board work"and other such phrases and you will find all kinds of links, some of which will tell you that the ouija board is real, and some of which will tell you the truth that it is just a game.
