My dojo will all of a sudden dart up to the top of the tank and go back down again why is he doing this? ?

He's done this when i open it to feed them. also i've been feeding him and my golden dojo shrimp pellets is there anything else i should give them?

That is usual behavior of dojos. It also has been recorded that Dojos will react crazy when a thunderstorm is coming. As if they can feel the barometers so they dart up/down/ and side to side around the tank. They are also very playful.

tubifex worms u can feed it also u might not have enough oxygen in yr tank or your water is deteriating thats 1 way to tell yr water conditions with loaches if they are not happy with the water they are in they go to the top of the tank do a water change this will make him more happier  hope this helps u out
