My dopod turns blank

Question

I been using dopod 577w for less than a year. a few days ago, i was charging my phone then suddenly it blink as if the screen will fade out. when i check it out, the screen totally fades and turns to all white. It didnt fell or whatever i really dont know what happen. I hope someone could help know what happen and what should i do.Thanks much!
