My double kitchen sink clogs only when doing dishes. When I let the water out, both sinks drain normal.?

This is a new problem. I would like to get more than 5 dishes done at a time. I have a garbage disposal but no dishwasher. Any help would be appreciated.

you may need to check your drainage vent line something is not letting it take in air .climb on roof and look for any small pipes sticking up these are vent pipes for every bathroom there is one and the kitchen too...you may need to get them snaked.
