My downstairs toilet gets gloged but the upstairs is fine.?

I replaced the down stairs toilet once because it did not want to work anymore. drain clear flushed water in the toiler nothing still did not work. so i replaced it worked for 6months now same problem toilet does not work. rotor rooter could not figure it out drain is clear.

theres a toothbrush stuck in the trap.  Take the toilet off turn it over stick your hand in from the botttum up and get it out.  Gloves reccomended.

Get a toilet snake and snake out the toilet it should be less than $20 and a lot cheaper than a plumber.

Their may be a toy stuck in the toilet casting unseen by the naked eye.The vent tube may be clogged.
