  1. first of all do you have  septic tank if so you can have it cleaned out, and can use something for it to fix it immediately and should also try to buy a treatment for it.

I f city sewage it could be a clog that never fully went away, or even constricted air flow to the breather pipe ( could be a bird nesting or something clogging it)

Could also be hair clogged try a screen in the drain

sounds like if the problem is reoccurring than it just means you are constantly doing what is causing it , and you should keep treating it.

  2. hire a plumber to look at it will save u money in the length i guess rather then ur liquid type :) it might be ur drain pipes are old and have collected a lot of stuff wich turns to something simular to mud and makes ur pipe dimention smaller, and no liquid can remove that, i dont know how ur drain is but if u can get to the pipes from ur drain try staking it with a staking wire or something simular as far as u can and then try some liquid too and then fill up ur tub or whatever it is and then drain it might loosen up. also make sure try to remove andthing from ur drain arround the edges if its a water lock drain

  3. Try a plunger now and then.

  4. thats just the way it is...

try putting a drain cover with a screen on it

also you may need to install a vent on the drain

  5. Look for uses of baking soda on the internet.  I know there is a way to unclog a drain with that.  Also, pull the hair out of the trap.

  6. You can purchase a "drain stick"

which is available at many local hardware stores to physically pull some of the yuck out. Work of warning, you will not like what you see or smell!

Also, put a hair catcher over the drain and clean that out after every shower as prevention.

To keep drains clean, I sprinkle down baking soda, add vinegar until it bubbles up and then rinse with hot hot water but really, nothing will eat hair but commercial preparations.

  7. OK we just fixed ours {my moms boyfriend fixed it} and he poured something called "Draino" Or something like that! And now it drains in less than 20 secs to drain!

  8. Sounds like you have hair in the drain that catches and holds soap and other debris.  Remove the stopper and pull the hair out, use tweezers or small tongs if you need to.

  9. Get a piece of wire about 3 feet long, bend a hook on the end of it and then remove the drain cover. Push the wire down the drain and twist it a few times, then pull it out. Wear rubber gloves, and have a garbage sack to dispose of the hair that is plugging the drain.  Draino will not dissolve the plug, but it might loosen it.  A piece of #14 stranded electrical wire and strip the end about 6" to make the hook.
