I weas in a chair,a girl sat next to me in another chair,she was smoking cannabis.She kept offering me s*x and I kept refusing.My brother was lying on a sofa watching TV oblivious to all this.

If it was like a sofa chair, that represents being comfortable. If a wooden chair, the reverse is said.

Pot might mean your mind is in a relaxed state or that your mind is clouded to the point of not seeing what your meant to. (If just the girl is smoking, might mean  you are seeing her as she is on the inside. In real life she is asking you for something your not willing to give, as yet, if ever.

Your brother on the sofa, as you say oblivious to it all means, it can only be up to you to make that choice in life. Wether it be s*x or something else.

Strange dream but i'll see if i can help out...so the girl offering you s*x and smoking cannabis is representing someone in your life who has a relationship to your brother(girlfriend, friend, wife...) and her smoking the cannabis offering s*x shows your concern about her- and what she does...the concern can also be linked to your brother and how blind to the truth he is about her. Him lying on a sofa shows how laid back and unconcerned by the matter he is.
