My drives r not opening

Question

hi friends.. im having a problem to access my hard disk drives.. when
ever i double click it, it wil show open with dialog box. i had same
problem proviously, but tat time i installed avast anti virus n
cleaned. but same problem arised now but its not cleared by avast. plz
help in resolving this problem.
