My driving license had been suspended because of an dissatisfaction judgment,WHAT I can do?

I had a car accidant in2007,the smale claims court ordered me to bay a certain amount of money, my auto insurance compeny had agreed to pay in full but they cant find the deifendent in his leagel address ,the court suspended my license ,I don't know what to do to renew my license???

You need to talk to your adjuster.  Likely, they'll have to escrow the money to an attorney for the state, or the DA's office, before you can get your license reinstated.
