My driving record is F***ED!! Can anyone help me?

I have failure to appears, Failure to pay, speeding and running a red light on my record. Can anyone give me advice on what I can do to fix this? I start a job that requires driving and I need a clean record. I have 3 points. Help Please. Thanx in advance!!!
