My dryer is broken, whats the problem?

I recently received a dryer from someone but unfortunately, after only having it for a week it stopped working. it is a GE Space Saver. the washer is running fine but the dryer isn't working at all. when i hit the start button i can hear a small clicking sound that seems like it may be coming from the control panel. I tried to troubleshoot it myself and i know that it is not the belt, nor the push-to-start button. could this be the motor? or is it a bad fuse? i have no idea...any elaborated suggestions would be great.

The flame only stays on for 15-25 seconds then goes off for 3-4 minuetws
