He may have an obstruction.  Perhaps an x-ray to properly diagnose.  See a Veterinarian to be sure.

I would definitley get that checked out. Either the vet will do surgery, if needed, or he/she will give it some medicine. That's all I can think of right now.

What have you been feeding it? It could be the food. You are to feed them cracked corn. And treats can be fruits and veggies.

Try giving him some activia yogart. This may help if he is. Wait a while. Theen if he has no poo than consult an avian vet.
