My duckling is getting red spots that are like scabs and ive heard its just growing feathers.. is this true??

If it is on it's head it is OK. There is a breed of duck that are named Muscovy. Some people call them tree ducks as they sometimes they roost in trees. They are very broody and will nest three or four times.
