  1. Report the item as unpaid and ebay will refund the fees , then re-list the item/

  2. Ok first you want to report a Unpaid dispute. This is done by going into your "My Ebay" scroll down until you see your item you've sold. Your item and the seller should be there. Then  in the same row as your item and seller there is a blue rectangle box that says send invoice(it may say something different) press the arrow next to the blue box and there it should say "Report a Unpaid Item". You want to report it to ebay because they will refund you for the fees the charged you. Such as the final value fee and the insertion fee. If you have worked it out with the buyer and do not want to give them a unpaid mark on their account THEN when you file the dispute it will ask you why you are sending out the dispute, reply with the answer that says "we both agreed not to complete the transaction" I believe by stating this answer you will not send the buyer a unpaid strike but i believve you will be refunded for your fees. I would like to add if you DO want to send a unpaid strike to the buyer it is a one week process. YOU may NOT be able to send a second chance offer OR relist the item UNTIL you have completed the dispute. After the dispute is over OR you have agreed that you do not want to complete the transaction with the highest bidder you are able to place a second chance offer or relist the item. I usually look at the 2nd highest bidderes bid lol. If it is a high enough bid that you want to accept then send the second chance offer to that bidder. If the bid is not high enough for you than relist the item and cross your fingers that it will get a better bid. I hope this helped you. If you have any questions please feel free to email me!

  3. report the item as unpaid and your charges will be refunded then relist.

  4. im pretty sure you can contact the second-highest bidder.
