My ear feels funny i need help please?

Question

Hi this may sound wierd but when i lay down on my right side and i go to breathe in i feel a coolness in my ear. Like when u eat a pepper mint or somtype of mint when u breathe in u feel like coolness in ur mouth? Well the wierd thing is when i lay down my right side and i breathe my left ear feel a sharp coolness it doesint hurt but it feels wierd. I dont know what this is and should i be concerned?

It is probally water blockage maybe you should get it checked out!
