My earlier question had a misspelling! It should have been: Peyronie's Disease, why is it virtually incurable?

There is nothing to say any disease has to be curable! Potaba the only drug licenced for this condition, probably doesn't work. This leaves surgical excision of the fibrous plaques which is sometimes reasonably helpful.
