My ears are all plugged up how do i unplug them?

When you shower let the shower water run through your ear as hot as you can take it that will loosen the wax out and maybe unplug them

Actually, when in the shower get the water as hot as you can stand and let it "pressure wash the inside of your ear canal.  I use a hand held shower head and let it flow for a few minutes to soften the wax buildup and flush it out.
