okay so i had bought a school bag about two weeks ago or so on ebay from this one guy. he had all positive feedback and had alot of things sold already, so i made the transaction. the guy said 3-7 days. he said that on the 14th and i still havent recieved my bag. i dont think he would have stole from me because he has had other ebay buyers who left good feeback, but then again i have no idea. or what do i do if it is lost in the mail? school has started and i am having a hard time without it. so what can i do to find out where my bag is or what the situation is? i already contacted him and asked, he said he will check. i am definitley giving him negative feedback.

  1. Just go to Wal-Mart and buy a back pack to hold for now, then you should order a LL-Bean backpack, I use one and I've had it for like 3 years and looks brand new. The zippers work great to. ANd about the r****d on eBay, just give him a negative feedback with your response about what happened. Sometimes though things get lost in the mail, otherwise he was scamming you out of your money.

  2. You should get it this week, remember saturday and sunday aren't buisness days. I would say you'll get it tommarow or the next day.

  3. I wouldn't leave him negative feedback if he is working with you on the problem.  A lot of times with regular standard shipping it takes longer.  About the time you are getting anxious to get the item is when it will arrive.  Also, if the person who is selling the item has a business, it sometimes will take longer if they are selling many packages at the same time.  Good luck!

  4. It will come, I know how you feel. Sometimes things take longer than expected.

  5. its not his fault if it got lost in the post

  6. Sometimes the post office takes for days!  I sent out an item and thought it would take 3-7 days and it took a little over two weeks.  I had a tracking number for the item and it seemed like it was on a truck from california to new jersey.  I provided the tracking number to the buyer and he was cool with the item when he got it.  But yeah,  that was a cross country delivery.  Give the USPS a chance,  they have never failed me and I have sent a bunch of stuff.

  7. Do not give him bad feedback until you know what is going on. Did he send the tracking info? If so, go to the website (post office, UPS...whatever he used to send the backpack) and put in the tracking info. If it says "shipping info received" that means it is ready to be shipped but hasn't been. If that is the case, then tell him so. All shipping information regarding this will be found on the website with your tracking number. If it is lost, you need to get ahold of the company that is shipping it and find out what is up. Only IF the guy that sold it lied, misrepresented the item or isn't willing to help, don't leave negative. If he mailed it and it is lost, that isn't his fault. If you paid by Paypal, you can open a claim and get your money back.

  8. The same thing happened to me on Amazon.  Google their guarantee policy and try to file a claim.
