  1. Theres a book called "Where do I come from?" Its illustrated and very simply put. My parents gave each of us time to read it, then asked us if we had any questions. Look it up at amazon.com

  2. if I were you then I would tell him the truth.

  3. when my six yr old asked this i simply said "mommys v****a". Nothing further was needed from me and his kindergarten teacher was ok with it too when he asked her what a v****a was.

  4. The truth.  He's old enough, and has probably received lots of misinformation already from his peers.

  5. Babies come from moms and dads. When a man and women love each other and are married, they make a baby. Dads have sperm and moms have eggs, when the daddy puts his sperm into a women it makes a baby.

Don't talk about erections and stuff like that, you'll s***w him up

  6. There are WONDERFUL books geared toward his age group at the library.  There is one specifically called, "Where do babies come from?"

If he is curious and wants to know, tell him before he finds out, possibly wrong, by someone else who may tell him something wrong.

Your son will respect your honesty.  Make a day of it at the library!  This step will keep open communication between you established at an early age, so he will feel comfortable coming to you in the future, knowing you will give him an honest answer.

If he WANTS to know, he WILL get the answer somewhere.  Let it be from you.

  7. tell him that they come from china with parachutes and they are brought yo the best mommy and daddy for them

  8. The baby grows from an egg inside the mummy's tummy, when it is big enough it is born through a special passage that only women have. The egg was there all along.

I wouldn't even mention the dad's part, or the act of s*x, unless he specifically asks. Not just yet.

  9. To make a baby you need a sperm cell and an egg cell. The sperm cell comes from the daddy and the egg cell comes from the mommy. When the sperm and egg meet, they make a tiny baby that is smaller than a grain of salt. The baby grows in the mommy's tummy for nine months. Then the baby is ready to come out.

  10. Walmart.. Baby Dept..

  11. Answer his questions completely. At 8 he is ready for the whole story.

  12. Tell him the truth, he's old enough.  My son knew where babies came from at 5.

  13. ask his teacher how best to approach this. they should have resources that they can loan you and support they can provide through the process...

    good  luck

  14. There are lots of age appropriate books about where babies come from.  Go to the bookstore (without him) and ask, check them out and find one you think would be right for him.  If he's being this stubborn about wanting to know, there's nothing wrong with him learning the biology of it.

  15. Tell him the truth. My parents literally told me when I was two, and kept repeating it over and over again until I got really annoyed every time they said it.

  16. sperm meets egg, together they create a baby and it grows inside the mothers body until its born.

  17. Do it with a picture book you can that explains it for every age.don't lie because the kid down the block may all ready know.

  18. Mummy and Daddy love each other so much that when they want a baby they have a special cuddle and daddy puts a baby in mummy's tummy and mummy looks after it until it is big enough and strong enough to come out and meet everybody.

Mummy goes to the hospital and the doctor helps get the baby out safely.  Worked for me until my son had s*x ed at school and  they explained it more thoroughly and when he confronted me I told him I didn't lie I just put it in a different way and he said "I like your way better mum the other way sounded gross" lol

  19. You tell him the truth. You provide the minimum amount required for his safety and the minimum required to answer his questions. If he wants more info, he'll keep asking. If he doesn't, he's satisfied with that level of info. If you're embarrassed, buy some books to help you out. As embarrassing as it is, you want him to ask you rather than someone else, so you know what he knows and what he doesn't.

  20. I would have told him that when mom and dad want a baby they ask God to give them a baby so God puts a seed in mommy's tummy and from there it takes 9 months (to grow)until you are ready to come out.... but i dont know at this point, thats what i will say.

  21. Tell him where they come from.  He's going to find out someday, might as well be from you.  This way you can control the information he receives.
