My elderly parent purchased a new tosheba fridge 2 months ago. the fridge failed on Tuesday and approximately $150.00 woth of frozen & fridge stock was lost. Today Thursday the fridge is not repaired inspite of call to retail outlet Harvey Norman in Newcstle NSW. I am also told that Tosheba does not provide a warnty insurance for damaged food. I find unacceptable the fact that the repair is dalayed because the part is unavailable and that the spoiled food will not be reimbursed. Sincerely Sue McEwen
